So here’s how Luffy’s declarations of war against the rest of the Yonko are going so far, now that he’s been in the New World for a few months:

1. Big Mom: called and declared was against her literally on the first stop after the Red Line. Eat her candy, claimed Fishman Island, sent her a bomb, ruined the Tea Party, took the groom. Got involved in the plan aiming to assassinate her. Destoryed WCI, beat up Katakuri, and all of this ended up in the papers. VERY BAD relations.

2. Kaido: They haven’t technically talked yet, but Luffy spent basically all his time in the New World raising allies against him with Law, defeated Doflamingo and ruined his factories. Currently at Wano and about to attack him. Bad relations, about to get worse.

3. Marshall D. Teach: While no offical declaration of war since timeskip, except that with his role in Ace’s death, amongst other things, there’s no way it’s gonna be a smooth reationship. Or I guess technically they are at war since passing each other in Impel Down where both of them were too busy to fight it out, so yeah. Definitely will continue.

4. Shanks: Literally no one ever thinks that they’d be enemies at anything, but amazingly, Bartolomeo managed to burn down his flag on his island while selling Strawhat merchendise under Strawhat jolly roger, so technically and indirectly Luffy managed to declare war against one of his best friends and allies and the last remaning Yonko that’s not himself, entirely on accident. Peak dumbassary. They will think it’s hilarious

So basically the only reason that Luffy’s only managed to pick a fight with only four out of five Yonko is that the fifth is he himself. Congrats, Monkey boy, you’ve really got a talent for this. Amazing.

I think we can say after ch 922 that the Kaido thing just “got worse”.

I try to keep an open mind but I just read the sentence “the latest tw*nks – many of whom are straight” and like, far be it from me to police identities but a ‘straight tw*nk’ is imo not a thing, that is in all likelihood just a skinny man
