honestly anon i feel this to the max with dondaisy, bc it very often falls to hetero tropes of “Nagging, Petty Girlfriend and Lazy Boyfriend”, which is unfortunate because when it’s actually written well like the sweet relationship it should be, it’s the cutest darn thing.
one good ol’ dondaisy story that i fully support is this one, i haven’t fully translated it and i think they have an argument for like one (1) page before making up, and i believe the fight was caused by gladstone, fethry, brigitta, and clara cluck lying to them because they found how lovey dovey and distracted they are annoying.
but look at those texts, they’re so adorable. how could you mess with them!
at the end of the story just when donald’s cousins and daisy’s gals are sure they’ve gotten these two to stop constantly calling and texting each other because they find it so annoying, donald and daisy call each other and just give each other mushy pet names on speaker just to really get some revenge, garnering the most astonished public reactions
genuinely love this story so much for so many reasons, and it’s probably my definition of the ideal donald/daisy dynamic
