y’all know what would be cool? if Moria put Zoro’s shadow into Luffy and they slayed Kaido together, like Zoro + Luffy-with-Zoro’s shadow, on the night of the fire festival, as originally planned.
they’ve got Nidai Kitetsu now. Moria’s probably alive somehwere and hates Kaido’s guts. there was THIS shounen jump cover I’ll never live down. Luffy might be strong as fuck but punching a dragon to death seems like a worse strategy than cutting it down with acual, sharp weapons. Zoro’s sword Shuusui is what Ryuuma, the best swordsman before Mihawk’s time used to slay a dragon at Wano years ago, and his other hand is on its hilt on that cover too. I ain’t saying this is gonna happen but it would be pretty lit to see them tag team Kaido together
