Every time I see this shot in a thumbnail it reminds me of a sitcom promo for something like Friends. I’d like to see that.
Follow the lives of four friends who are Broadway actors and are trying to convince a nation of theater buffs that a musical based on a cartoon is the next big smash. And of course cause it’s an easy way to hook fans and make conflict, Lilli has to be in an on and off, will or won’t they relationship with one of these guys, the question is which one? I want to vote that this sitcom tries to go the “racy” route and every season or so she breaks up with one and hooks up with another. She’ll spend the series in the arms of each of them at one point until the finale where we find out who she hooks up with forever. And we’ll invite Wesley as one of the side characters who gets so popular he becomes part of the main cast later in the series, and so we can get some lgbt representation.
I want Spongebob musical to succeed and tour, but when it retires somebody should start pitching to networks. For now, throw out ideas and titles for this possible fanmade spinoff.
