I got a message a while back saying the Amazon link was broken, but it seems to be working okay for me…It looks like this seller will ship overseas (at least to the US), so you can order it from here, though you may pay a bit extra in shipping/customs fees. If there’s enough interest, I could probably make a post walking through how to order something from Amazon.jp. I’ve also been told you may find volumes for sale in some of the US-based Kinokuniya stores, or other places that sell Japanese imported books. Best of luck if you’re on the hunt!
